For those looking to escape the rigors of maintaining a home or seeking the reassurance that is offered in a supported living community, Seventy Five State Street's Independent Living is just the place. There are a variety of apartment sizes ranging from 450 square feet to more than 1,300. All apartments are completely modernized with fully applianced kitchens including dishwasher and garbage disposal. We have both one and two bedroom apartments, some with two baths. All bathrooms have walk-in showers and all apartments have stackable washer/dryers for resident convenience. Central air conditioning is included for added comfort. Our Independent Living community also has an affordable option for those that no longer wish to cook, a suite with living room bedroom and bath that includes all of your meals, served in one of our two dining rooms. A dorm size refrigerator and microwave are provided for snacks. The Independent Living Team is made up of professionals who are focused on providing exceptional customer service. They know that the customers here are independent and capable but occasionally have a health event or a bad day when they need more support. The Independent Living Team has a menu of services that are available to residents for a small fee. Best of all, the resident is in full control of when and how long they will use these services. There is a great variety in our Independent floor plans. Prices are based on size and amenities of the unit.
