A copy of our Privacy Practices Policy is available upon request by any interested party and reviewed with all residents upon admission. The policy outlines how medical/health information may be used and disclosed and how the resident can get access to the information. Seventy Five State Street is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the safeguarding of protected medical/health information of residents.
